Preparation of Orders
At Sportcify, we ensure that your orders are prepared with the utmost care and efficiency. Once your purchase is complete, our team promptly arranges your order for dispatch.
Dispatch Information
General Orders: International orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-5 business days, depending on the product availability.
Customized Jerseys: Orders for custom jerseys with specific name and number printing may experience additional processing time. This is due to the need for custom materials and the careful preparation involved, allowing us to offer a wide range of customization options.
Pre-Order Items: For select items available for pre-order, please refer to the product description for estimated arrival dates. These dates are subject to change due to factors beyond our control. We will notify you promptly of any changes.
Local Shipping: For in-stock items, delivery typically occurs within 1-2 weeks. Pre-order items generally take 2-3 weeks. Please note that delays caused by weather conditions or issues with shipping providers are beyond our control.
Shipping Notifications
Upon dispatch of your order, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you. For international orders, an additional email containing tracking information will be provided once your package reaches the destination country and a local tracking number is assigned.
Shipping Partners and Tracking
International shipments may involve multiple carriers, resulting in more than one tracking number. The final tracking number will be provided once the local carrier prepares the package for delivery. If you encounter issues with your tracking information, please allow 24 hours for the system to update, or contact us at info@sportcify.com.
Click and Collect
For orders placed with the click-and-collect option, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please note that this option is not available for pre-order items, customized items, or certain specialty products.
Split Orders
If your order contains both pre-order and regular items, they may be shipped separately with different tracking numbers at no extra cost. This is done to ensure timely delivery of available items.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated during checkout. Standard International Shipping is offered at a flat rate of $13.00 USD. If we are unable to ship to your country, you will be notified during the checkout process.
Updating Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping and contact information is accurate and up-to-date. To update your delivery address, please contact us at support@sportcify.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes within 24 hours of order placement; however, changes cannot be guaranteed.
