Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges if we’ve sent the wrong item or your order arrives damaged. In these cases, you have 14 days from the date you receive your package to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be:

-In the same condition as when received

-Unworn or unused

-With original tags

-In its original packaging

How to Start a Return
Please email us at info@sportcify.com or send us a DM on Instagram @sportcifyph. If the return is approved, we’ll guide you on the next steps. Please do not send back items without first contacting us—unapproved returns will not be accepted.

As such, authenticity concerns are not valid grounds for return or refund. We are upfront about this and encourage you to reach out if you have any questions before purchasing.

Damages and Issues
Check your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for incorrect sizing or change of mind. Each product page includes a size chart for your reference—please review it carefully before placing your order.
